Field crews are free
Enroll every phone on every crew with a join code. Workers are not seats and never count against your plan — the more of them documenting, the better your evidence.
Every feature, one price
Claim packets, share links, analytics, audit trail, retention controls. There is no premium tier holding the useful parts hostage.
Nothing is ever metered
No report limits, no overage, no per-photo charge. We will never refuse to capture evidence because of a billing limit — the report you can't file is always the one you needed.
Onboarding and support are included: we set up your organization with you, and a real person answers when a claim is on the line.
Pricing questions
How is DDS priced?
$149 a month per location, flat. That covers unlimited reports, unlimited photos, unlimited crew devices, and every feature. Each location includes three seats, pooled across your company; each additional seat is $7 a month. There is no per-report charge and no overage. Paying yearly is $1,430 per location — about 20% less, or $119.17 a month. Seats are not discounted yearly; they stay $7 a month either way.
What counts as a location?
One operation with its own crews, reports and job numbers — usually a dock, warehouse or terminal. Inside the app these are called branches, which is the word most freight teams use for the same thing. Two docks on one site sharing a crew and a job list are a single location; two sites each running their own are two. If yours is a grey area, ask us — we would rather set it up right than bill you for a location you do not have.
What counts as a seat?
A seat is someone who signs in to the dashboard — a manager, a supervisor, whoever reviews reports and sends claim packets. Field workers who enroll a phone with a join code are not seats. They cost nothing and there is no limit on them.
Is there really no limit on reports?
No limit. File thirty in a month or three thousand and the price is the same. We are not going to charge you more for documenting more damage, and we are not going to throttle a crew mid-show because of a number on an invoice.
What if we need more seats mid-month?
Add them whenever. A seat is $7 a month, prorated from the day you add it, and you can remove seats just as easily when a season ends.
How does this compare to what we spend now?
The honest comparison isn't the cost of taking a photo — it's the cost of the claims you absorb when the proof can't be found, or can't establish when the damage happened. One recovered claim usually covers years of DDS. Everything after that is the time your team stops spending labeling, filing, and hunting for evidence.
If we pay yearly, are we stuck paying a year for every person?
No. The yearly discount is on locations only — a seat is $7 a month whichever way you pay. Add a claims lawyer for one case and you are charged for the weeks they had access, not a year. Drop a seat when someone leaves and it stops costing you from that day, credited against your next invoice. We did not discount seats precisely so that committing to a year of the software never means committing to a year of a person.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Month to month, cancel any time — that is the default and it stays available. If you would rather commit for a year, it is 20% cheaper: $1,430 a location instead of $1,788, saving $358. You can switch to yearly from Settings at any point, and we credit whatever is left of the month you already paid for.
What does onboarding involve?
About an hour: we create your organization, you invite your managers, set up your first job, and print its enrollment poster. Most teams capture their first real report the same day. We stay on hand through your first live show or site.
Can we pilot on one show or site?
Yes — a single-site pilot is the most common way teams start. Run one show or dock end to end, take a real claim through a packet, then decide with your own numbers in hand.
