What we collect

Account information (name, email) for dashboard users; device metadata (label, platform, app version) for enrolled field devices; and the content of damage reports, including photos and — when permitted by the device — GPS coordinates captured at photo time. Marketing pages collect demo-request form submissions and standard server logs.

How we use it

Solely to provide the service: storing and displaying your organization's damage reports, sending the notifications your team configures, and responding to demo requests. We do not sell personal information or use customer content for advertising.

Photos and location

Photos and coordinates submitted in reports belong to your organization's records. Location capture is controlled by the device's permission settings and is never required to submit a report.

Sharing

Report content is visible to members of your organization, and to anyone holding an unexpired share link your team creates. We use infrastructure subprocessors (hosting, database, email delivery) to operate the service; a current list is available on request.

Retention and deletion

Records are kept according to your organization's retention setting. Organization owners may request a full export or deletion of their data at any time by contacting us.
