The service
DDS provides software for documenting damage to goods: a mobile capture application, a management dashboard, and export and sharing tools. Access is provided under a subscription agreement between DDS and your organization.
Your content
Your organization owns the reports, photos, and records it submits. You grant us the rights needed to store, process, and display that content to your authorized users and to recipients of links your team creates.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to store unlawful content, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to access another organization's data. Device credentials and join codes must be shared only with people authorized to submit reports for your organization.
Records and claims
DDS preserves records and their integrity fingerprints as described on our security page, but the outcome of any claim, dispute, or proceeding depends on many factors outside the service. DDS does not provide legal advice.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and will communicate planned maintenance. Features may evolve; we won't materially reduce core functionality during a paid term.
Termination
Either party may terminate per the subscription agreement. On termination, your organization may export its records; we delete them after a reasonable wind-down period or upon request.
